Shipping Speed & Cost

Free expedited 2-3 business day shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum required. Orders placed before 2:00pm ET typically ship same-day Monday–Friday.

Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states and territories except where kratom is currently restricted by state or local law:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin
  • Sarasota County, FL
  • San Diego, CA
  • Denver, CO
  • Other locally-restricted areas
Our checkout automatically blocks orders to restricted ZIP codes. If your area becomes restricted after you order, we’ll refund the full amount including shipping.

Order Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label prints. Most orders go out via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Return Policy

We want you to find the right strain. Here’s how returns work:

  • Unopened products: Returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).
  • Opened products: Non-returnable for safety and product integrity reasons.
  • Damaged or wrong items: Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@dinodosekratom.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send a return shipping address and confirm the refund timeline (typically 5-7 business days after we receive the product).

Order Issues

If something arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, contact us within 7 days at hello@dinodosekratom.com with photos. We’ll make it right.
